Komatsu Forklift Australia would like to take this opportunity to update you on the latest situation regarding our business operations in Queensland.

Due to the deduction of our Queensland team our businesses in Brisbane, Rockhampton, Townsville and Cairns are open and operating at near 100% capability. Our Brisbane field service is unaffected and continue to operate with all available staff.

The Brisbane Parts division was temporarily closed but has now re-open for business. Obviously inland logistics are impacted but every effort will made to find a mode of delivery to meet delivery requirements.

We are able to call on the resources of Komatsu Forklift Australias wide branch network and the Seven Hills (NSW) Parts DC to fill our customers’ requirements.

We have field forklift technicians available to assist our clients at all locations. If necessary, we will utilise our interstate resources to fill our clients’ needs.

Please contact your local Komatsu Forklift Australia branch on 1800 134 058 for assistance with service, parts, hire or sales of forklifts.

We highly recommend contacting our trained professional service teams for advice on your machinery if it has been impacted or damaged by the Floods.

Komatsu Forklift Australia remain committed to deliver quality products, parts and services to our clients in Queensland and around Australia.
