Komatsu Forklift Australia is bringing the first new warehouse equipment brand downunder in over 20 years.

OMG, one of Europe’s most prestigious and fastest growing warehouse equipment manufacturers, is arriving in Australia to become a valuable addition to the Komatsu range, and with it comes a reach truck renown for the best vision in the industry.

“We are so excited to see OMG arrive, it completes our range and we’re proud to bring one of Europe’s most prestigious forklift brands to the Australian market,” said Tetsuya (Ted) Ishikawa, Managing Director, Komatsu Forklift Australia.

With the arrival of the OMG range, Australia now has access to one of the safest forklifts in the world. With the best through mast vision from any reach truck that the industry has ever seen makes the choice of forklift easy for anyone keen on the best OH&S options for their drivers. When the OMG Neos range arrives it will offer the best visibility of any reach truck available in Australia.

Komatsu stands for Quality and Reliability so the OMG product was heavily scrutinised. Shoun Hatakeyama, Komatsu Forklift Australia’s Deputy Managing Director, is a technical expert in warehouse product with many years experience in Komatsu’s European operations.

“We investigated details of design standards, build quality and manufacturing process before concluding that the OMG products meet the standards Komatsu sets and we’re proud to be their distributer in Australia,” Shoun said.

Mr Rosati, the President of OMG will travel to Australia to be a part of the OMG launch with Komatsu.

“We’ve been operating in Europe for over 30 years now, it’s exciting to see our latest designs land in Australia,” Mr Rosati said.

OMG clients include global companies such as Lufthansa, Ferrari, Nestle, Coca Cola, Dunlop, Smeg, LG, the French supermarket chain Auchan, and many more. They say that using the OMG range has meant vast improvement in stock management with damage to goods reduced dramatically. All this means better profits and greater quality control when you choose OMG.

“The equipment speaks for itself, the design is very suited to the Australian market and brings with it all the latest options and AC technology. We’re proud to be the ones to bring OMG to Australia.” Tetsuya (Ted) Ishikawa said.

The addition of the OMG Warehouse Equipment to the Komatsu Family completes the Komatsu range and they now have all solutions from small power pallet movers to 25 tonne forklifts. Providing something for everyone’s material handling needs.

Komatsu forklift has 11 factory owned branches and a network of dealers across Australia to provide access to the sales, rental and maintenance of its complete product range. Now the industry doesn’t have to think Oh My God where do I go? It’s OMG here I come. Who’s the name in forklifts….Komatsu that’s who!
