Our customers from Onesteel, Bosform and Greensteel were blasted around the course at high speed by Craig Lowndes and Jamie Wincup in Team Vodafone’s V8 Supercars. Romolo Bos, Tony Rolender, Brendan Sheppard & Brett Green all said they really excited to have the chance to experience V8 Supercar speed with the famous drivers.
But the fun didn’t stop there. Brisbane branch manager Tim Ingles also took the guys to the Rotax Go Kart track to get behind the wheel themselves. Brendan Sheppard from Greensteel said “we had a fantastic morning thanks to Tim and the team from Komatsu Forklift. The whole event was great fun extremely well organised.”
Another sponsor’s track day scheduled for Sydney’s Eastern Creek Raceway in July is already booked out. We are now looking forward to being able to give Komatsu customers more great experiences when the V8 Supercar racing comes to a venue close to each of our 13 branches nationally.
